Sameer as the CEO of Humanlinks Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has been instrumental in defining the aggressive growth
that Humanlinks has seen in the recent times. An MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi, Sameer brings
with him 17 years of experience. in Sales/ Marketing/ BD areas. Prior to joining the Humanlinks team Sameer worked
for leading organizations like Xansa, EXL and vCustomer and handled various senior management responsibilities.
Kalpana Padhi
Kalpana is the Director for Strategic Initiatives and designs Humanlinks strategies in career related areas. She worked
for over 10 years in companies like Alcatel Telecom before starting Humanlinks. She is an engineer from Indian
Institute of Science, Bangalore and has completed her management course work from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Alok Kaushik
A B.Tech from IIT, Mumbai, Alok has worked in the IT industry for over 10 years across various industry verticals
including the accounts of Citibank (in India and Poland), Spectra Securities Software (in US), Royal Mail (in India and
