A question of this nature reflecting the uncertain future might quickly fleet across the minds of many HR Professionals. Even in the organisation of the future , the HR Professionals would still have to :

  • Get people ( Recruitment and Selection )
  • Prepare them ( Training and Development)
  • Stimulate them (Rewards, Compensation )
  • Keep them &
  • Also Retain himself.

Though, how they go about discharging these traditional roles would have to be re-looked at.The traditional roles of the HR Professional would have to be discharged , but with a new focus and with a difference. Let’s see how these roles get impacted by the changing needs of the organisation and by the changing business scenario.
