COURSE SUMMARY: This course is an introduction to the People Capability Maturity Model. Trainees will learn about the basics and application of P-CMM. Topics covered will include Maturity levels, Details of each Maturity Level, Themes of P-CMM, Applying P-CMM and the World-wide experience with regard to P-CMM.

OBJECTIVE: After completing this course, one should be able to

Appreciate the need for the P-CMM framework

Understand the various levels of process development

Design and implement processes in line with P-CMM framework
